By submitting your order, you accept the following Terms and Conditions.
Note: the merchandise pictured on the website was digitally photographed. There may be minor differences between the photographs and the actual appearance of the merchandise. Such differences do not constitute a defect in the ordered merchandise.
We store your order data. If you would like a print-out of your order, you can print an "order confirmation." It will appear on your screen after you have submitted the order to us by clicking the "complete order" button and your credit card data has been checked successfully. You will also receive the order confirmation with all stated data by email. The email can also be printed out.
Shipping is handled by DHL Paket GmbH, Österreichische Post AG, or DHL Express.
Delivery time is 2 to 5 days after the order. If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturer defects, including damages in transit, please report such defects to us immediately. Failure to report defects will have no effect on your legal claims.The packaging shown on the image accompanying the product serves as an example. The packaging used to deliver the product may differ from the original picture. If your payment is late, NEW ONE has the right to charge the legally permitted amount of interest on arrears and, if applicable, additional processing costs. NEW ONE reserves the right to restrict certain payment methods if the address and credit check have a negative result.

We have a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection through which the payment will be processed. After the bill amount has been reserved on your credit card account, we will process your order by the delivery date.
Payment with Klarna
The "immediate bank transfer" and "direct debit" service is provided by Klarna and available only for orders from Austria and Germany. You can pay safely via direct transfer with your usual online banking. NEW ONE can therefore neither access the data you have entered nor your account. We must perform obligations with regard to the reimbursement of payments within 30 days of receipt.
A return or exchange in our stores is possible within a time limit of 14 days and takes place exclusively in return to a gift card and upon presentation of the sales receipt.

FOR ALL OTHER EU COUNTRIES AND USA: Mail the items you want to return* back to us at the address mentioned above using any trackable shipping method. Please make sure to attach your return receipt and that your package is ensured.
For a purchase in one of our stores please show the gift card to our staff at the checkout. For a purchase on www.newone-shop.com you need to insert the gift card code. The amount due is charged from your gift card balance. It is not possible to pay out the whole or the remaining amount in cash. The remaining amount stays on your gift card and is valid for further purchases. Is the amount on your gift card insufficient to pay your purchase entirely, you can choose to pay the rest of the amount due with another payment method.
In case of a valid return of products paid by a NEW ONE gift card in a store or the online shop, the amount of the return will be credited to a NEW ONE gift card.
The NEW ONE gift card is transferable to others. The responsibility for the gift card lies within the cardholder. NEW ONE accepts no liability for theft, loss or any damage to the gift card and grants no compensation. Your gift card cannot be blocked; therefore it should be used equal to cash. For all purchased merchandise the terms and conditions of NEW ONE by Schullin GmbH apply.
Gladly we give you information about the balance of your gift card in any store or by telephone. To provide the required information, we need your gift card code.
NEW ONE reserves the right to reject a purchase with a gift card if the purchase cannot be performed due to technical difficulties.
All personal data is treated confidentially. Your protected interests are provided for in accordance with statutory regulations.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our T&Cs by email. You can view your past orders in our customer log-in area.
The data needed to process the transaction is stored and transmitted to companies affiliated with us or our service partners in the course of order processing if necessary.
We use the data you disclose to execute and process your order.
When you sign up for our newsletter, your email will be used with your permission for direct advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
