Can my order be delivered to any address?

Currently, we are shipping within the whole European Union Area (except Greece and Portugal) and the United States of America.

How much are the shipping costs?

Austria: € 4,90, free shipping over € 75* (Österreichische Post)
Germany: € 5,90, free shipping over € 75* (Österreichische Post, delivery through DHL)
USA: € 14,90, free shipping over € 150* (DHL Express)
all other countries: € 9,90, free shipping over € 100* (DHL Express)

*If the retained value of the goods falls below the minimum order value for a free delivery due to a return, the usual shipping costs will be retained.

How are orders sent?

Shipping is handled by Österreichische Post AG (Austria & Germany) or DHL Express (international shipping).

Are the parcels insured?

All shipments sent by NEW ONE are generally insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance cover expires as soon as you have received your parcel or it has been handed over with a deposit permit or as part of a contactless delivery.

Due to the current situation, different delivery options are offered in different countries. We therefore ask for your understanding that, for a contactless delivery, a package is also deemed to have been successfully delivered if the delivery person signs it or if it is placed in a pick-up station or pick-up box.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

Delivery will be within 2-5 business days. If the delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects to within 7 days. If this reporting deadline is missed, no further claims for compensation can be made.
