The protection of your data is very important to us. Therefore, we will inform you about the handling of your data.

1. Access data and hosting

Within an agreement in our commission the third-party provider is rendering the services for hosting and for presenting the website. All data that is collected within the use of the website or in intended blank forms in the web shop, as following described, is processed on their servers. A processing on other servers is only occurring in this explained case.

The service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Data collection and use for contract processing and for opening a customer account
We collect personal data only in case you disclose them voluntarily within an order, while contact requests (e.g. the contact form or e-mail) or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are characterised as such, in case we need this data compulsory for contract processing or for processing your contact request or customer account in order to be able to complete your order or contact request.
Which data is collected is evident on the particular input forms. We use your disclosed data in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO, for contract processing and processing your requests.

 

After the comprehensive processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be reduced for further processing and after the expiration of the fiscal and commercial retention periods – deleted, unless you have specifically agreed to further use of your data or we have reserved any application beyond, that is permitted by law and about what we are informing you within this declaration. The cancellation of your customer account is possible at any time and can occur through getting in contact with us (find contact data below) or via a designed function within your customer account. 

3. Data transfer

In order to perform the contract according to article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the assigned shipping company that is responsible for the shipping of your order as far as it is necessary. Depending on which payment service provider you choose during your ordering process, we pass on your payment data to the assigned credit institute for payment processing. Partly, these assigned payment service providers also collect data themselves, if you create an account on their website. In this case you need to sign in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. Thus, the privacy policy of the particular payment service provider is valid.


Information about payment with Klarna
In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may pass on your personal data to Klarna in the form of contact and order data so that Klarna can assess whether the selected payment methods can be carried out. Your transmitted personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's data protection regulations.

4. E-Mail advertisement with registration for the newsletter
When you sign up to our newsletter on basis of your consent in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO, we use the required data and the data we receive from you to send you our e-mail newsletter regularly. The unsubscribing of the newsletter is possible at any time and can occur through messaging us or via the provided link that you can find in all of our newsletters. After you unsubscribe from our newsletter we delete your e-mail address, as far as you did not give your consent to further use of your data or we have reserved any other use that is permitted by law and about what we are informing you within this declaration. The newsletter is sent by a service provider within processing in our account, that we pass onto your e-mail address for this purpose. The service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
5. Integration of the Trusted Shops trust badge
For advising our Trusted Shops quality label and the collected valuations as well as for offering the Trusted Shops products for customers after an order, Trusted Shops is embedded in our website. This helps protect the interests for optimal marketing of our offerings, in accordance to paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, in balancing the interests. The trust badge and thereby advertised services are an offer of the Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany. With calling the trust badge, the web server saves automatically a so-called server log file, that documents for instance your IP address, date and time of the call, the transferred data volume, the requested provider and the call itself. The access data will not be evaluated and will be overwritten automatically seven days after your website visit. Further, personalised data are only transmitted to Trusted Shops as far as you have either given your consent for this purpose, or decided further usage of Trusted Shops after conclusion of an order, or have already registered for the use.
