X-MAS: Extended return period until January 18, 2025
You are unsure whether the right package is under the Christmas tree?
No problem, we provide you with the opportunity to return any goods that are unworn and with an intact security seal* up to January 18th, 2025.
This applies to all orders made online that were placed on or after November 1st, 2024.
The extended return is also possible in our NEW ONE stores. All purchases made on or after November 1st, 2024 can be, along with an invoice, be exchanged for a voucher or another piece of jewelry until January 18th, 2025.
*Due to its design, hoop earrings, open rings as well as ear cuffs cannot be security sealed. However, these pieces can also be returned within the deadline in an unworn condition. The right of cancellation of 14 days applies to our Advent calendar, please get in touch with our customer service for this. The Advent calendar can only be returned as a whole, it is not possible to return or exchange individual pieces from it.
The return is free of charge within the 30-day return period from Austria and Germany. After creating the return, the necessary documents are available for you to download directly.
INFORMATION ON THE RETURN
Free shipping costs (for orders over €75)
If the retained value of the goods falls below the minimum order value for a free delivery due to a return, the usual shipping costs will be retained.(€ 4,90 AT / € 5,90 DE).
Exchange of goods
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Once we receive the goods, they will be processed according to our return policy, after which the corresponding purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Our jewelry is security sealed prior to shipment. Provided, the design allows it (this is not applicable to hoops, open rings and ear cuffs). A return can only be accepted if it occurs within the set time period and the goods are in faultless and unworn condition with the security seal (if applicable) still intact. If this is not the case, we are unable to make a refund and the jewelry will consequently returned to you.
Free return of goods
One free return label is provided per order, which can be claimed within 30 days. Should you make a second return, shipping costs apply.
Damaged goods and complaints
If your jewelry arrives in a damaged condition or you want to make a complaint, please contact our customer service as soon as possible ([email protected]) by attaching images and the respective order number. We will inform you about the further procedure via mail.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer international returns that are for free.

- Place the items you want to return in the original shipping box or a sturdy box and tape it carefully.
