To create a free return label, log in to your customer account with your email address and password. Then click on "My Account" (1). You can see your order history under the menu item My orders. Click here on "Return slip" (2) for the relevant order. This is now created automatically and can be printed.
Then click on "Return label" (2). The diagonal window "Returns label online" opens. Please fill in all marked fields (3) and click on "Next" (4).
The return label is created automatically by clicking the "Return label" button (5) and can now be printed.
Place the items together with the completed return slip in the original shipping carton and seal it well. If this is no longer available, please use a sturdy post box and fill in the spaces well.
Stick the return label on the shipping box and take the package to a post office - we will pay the postage for you. Please keep the postal receipt until we have received your return. You will receive a refund for the returned items within the next few days.

We ask for your understanding that we can only cover the postage fees if you use our free return label, otherwise you will be charged a postage fee of € 5.
We ask for your understanding that there may be delays in the processing of the returned goods at Christmas time. Due to the high volume of orders and returns, processing can take up to two weeks after the package arrives. We hope for your tolerance and will endeavor to process it as soon as possible.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore we offer exchange or return of our unworn jewellery within 30 days upon presentation of the sales receipt.
The time limit for online orders starts with the day the customer places the order (§11/ 2 FAGG).
In the event of a return there will be a total (when returning the whole order) or partial (when returning parts of the order) refund of the purchasing price. Absolute precondition is that the jewellery has not been used or worn and is in a resellable condition. In case this condition is not provided we reserve the right for retention of the purchase price.

In case you revoke your purchase contract, we must perform obligations with regard to the reimbursement of payments within 14 days of receipt of your notice of revocation. Please be aware, that we can withhold the reimbursement until we receive the returned goods that are in an unworn and sealed condition. For the reimbursement we will use the original payment method.
A return or exchange in our stores is possible within a time limit of 30 days and takes place exclusively in return to a gift card and upon presentation of the sales receipt.
