The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. For this reason, when ordering online, we allow you to return unworn pieces of jewelry within 30 days. The period for online orders of goods begins on the day of the order date from the customer.
The prerequisite for this is the unused and resalable condition of the goods. If this is not provided, we reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement of the purchase price if necessary. CAUTION! Please note that a return is only possible if the security seal has not been removed from the jewelry.
For orders with a customer account
To create a free return label, log in to your customer account with your email address and password. Then click on "My Account" (1). You can see your order history under the menu item My orders. Click here on "Return slip" (2) for the relevant order. This is now created automatically and can be printed.
Then click on "Return label" (2). The diagonal window "Returns label online" opens. Please fill in all marked fields (3) and click on "Next" (4).
The return label is created automatically by clicking the "Return label" button (5) and can now be printed.
Place the items together with the completed return slip in the original shipping carton and seal it well. If this is no longer available, please use a sturdy post box and fill in the spaces well.
Stick the return label on the shipping box and take the package to a post office - we will pay the postage for you. Please keep the postal receipt until we have received your return. You will receive a refund for the returned items within the next few days.
For orders as a guest
You can return your order within 30 days after order date. This only applies to unworn and perfect jewelry. ATTENTION! Please note that a return is only possible if the security seal has not been removed from the jewelry.

Instead of a return slip, please enclose the delivery note here. We ask for your understanding that we can only cover the postage fees if you use our free return label, otherwise you will be charged a postage fee of € 5.
We ask for your understanding that there may be delays in the processing of the returned goods at Christmas time. Due to the high volume of orders and returns, processing can take up to two weeks after the package arrives. We hope for your tolerance and will endeavor to process it as soon as possible.

Please make sure that your package is insured and that the return slip is enclosed with it. You can return the items within 30 days after order date. This only applies to unworn and perfect jewelry. (2) SORRY - unfortunately we do not accept payment by last name. The shipping costs must be borne by the customer - please make sure that your package is sufficiently franked.
