Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore we offer exchange or return of our unworn jewellery within 30 days upon presentation of the sales receipt. The time limit for online orders starts with the day the customer places the order.
A return or exchange in our stores is possible within a time limit of 30 days and takes place exclusively in return to a gift card and upon presentation of the sales receipt.
Please note: To make a valid return (both online and/or in our stores) you need the invoice of your purchase. The invoice of your online purchase is available in your customer account. If you do not have a customer account please contact our customer service: [email protected].
In the event of a return there will be a total (when returning the whole order) or partial (when returning parts of the order) refund of the purchasing price. Absolute precondition is that the jewellery has not been used or worn and is in a resellable condition. In case this condition is not provided we reserve the right for retention of the purchase price.

In case you revoke your purchase contract, we must perform obligations with regard to the reimbursement of payments within 14 days of receipt of your notice of revocation. Please be aware, that we can withhold the reimbursement until we receive the returned goods that are in an unworn and sealed condition. For the reimbursement we will use the original payment method.
We reserve the right to repay until the goods have been returned to us in an undamaged condition secured by our security seal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You can find more information about your right of withdrawal for online orders here.
In our branches, an exchange is possible within 14 calendar days only for a voucher of the corresponding value and upon presentation of the receipt. Please note: a return or return is only possible with an invoice. You can find the invoice for your online order in your customer account.
